"No need to pay more for a big company."
We used Impram Construction & Building Services to conduct a Level 2 survey for a first home purchase. Impram was kind enough to let me and my mum attend the survey, which was incredibly helpful as we could see first hand what he was looking for and ask questions about what it all meant. Unfortunately we uncovered some issues, but Impram also told the estate agent/seller about this when he handed back the keys, which again made the process smoother. He was very responsive before and after, and kind and professional during the survey. I would definitely recommend his services! No need to pay more for a big company.
